Marianne is a Workplace & Employment Mediator (and Civil & Commercial Mediator), Executive Conflict Coach, Transformation Consultant and Workshop Facilitator. Marianne is focused on helping people and organisations to more fully tap into their resourcefulness and opportunities. Marianne achieves lasting improvements for her clients from her coaching, mediations and facilitations, including complex multiparty cases within UK and internationally - and she believes that fair, supportive and engaging relationships within and between professional environments, including their customers and suppliers, should be accessible for everyone. Marianne is promoting easier and more affordable access to support for those interested in improving their mental fitness.
Marianne serves as a guest lecturer, trainer and workshop leader in workplace mediation and in techniques for improved quality of conversations, for undergraduates, HR leaders and other professionals.
Marianne served on the board of a global non-profit focused on equal opportunities for women-owned businesses in international supply chains - being recognised via The International Alliance of Women (TIAW) World of Difference Award for her efforts and collaborative achievements in support of improved livelihood prospects for severely under-privileged women workers in India.

Anne Boucnik
Anne Boucnik often recommends clients to mediation and acts as a consultant for McAdam Mediation. Her extensive knowledge and expertise enable her to explore a range of workplace dispute resolutions with potential clients.
Anne has practiced in occupational health for most of her career. She has worked with a variety of organisations including the NHS, the police service, the National Crime Agency as well as with private sector companies, including John Lewis.
Anne has experience in the following areas:
Trauma (National Crime Agency and post tsunami trauma in Thailand)
Neuro diversity
Work place adjustments
Health and safety legislation and the Equality Act 2010
Qualifications:
RGN qualified nurse, RCN Occupational Health diploma, Tropical Medicine diploma at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, MSC in Organisational Psychology at King's College.
